Had Taken Plan B. Have Not Eaten Well Since. What Is It?

Its been 6 days since I've taken Plan B. I haven't eaten very well since then. I'm not sure if i'm over thinking everything. Also ive either got my period or these withdrawals ? Im no too sure. Can anyone please help me. Im just really freaking out now and I'm not sure when i will get my period because my period is always irregular. I either miss a month and get it the following month or the days that I get my period have switched.

Hello,

Thanks for posting on HCM,

Plan B emergency pill can sometimes cause menstrual irregularity (side effect). It may cause delay, prolonged bleeding with spotting etc but be rest assured that this is only for first few periods after you have taken the pill and you need not worry about that. Your periods will become normal subsequently.
It is not advisable to continue taking emergency pills regularly but instead you may opt for a method of contraception if you intend having unprotected sex.

Hope this helps and wish you the best
