Had Total Vaginal Hysterectomy. Have Stabbing Pain In Abdomen And Back Pain. What Is It?

yes I have had a total vaginal hysterectomy,back in jan.09 2013.Since then I have had a dull,sharp and stabbing pain on my left side of my abdomen.I also have left side back pain too.Sometimes the pain radiates into my left sided thigh too.It also starts to radiate throughout my stomach to the right.not much on right though.What could this be?

Thanks for writing,
Since,you have done your vaginal hysterectomy more than 4 months before ,it is unlikely to present with pain now.just do an ultrasound scan abdomen and procede with findings.
Radiating pain are likely to be taken into considerations.
If problem persists,it is advisable to consult an gynaecologist.
