Had Tubal, Sex, Bleeded, Increased Eating, Stomach Pain. Reason? Pregnant?

i have had a tubal now for 4yrs and my husband and i had sex about a month ago where it really hurt and i started to bleed for two days when i wiped and i passed clots, now im eating all the time, my stomach hurts when i get hungry, im tired all the time but i still have a few days before i get my period could i be pregnant?

Thanks for the query.
The chance of pregnancy is less in your case as you had tubectomy.
The possible causes for your problem are:
-Post-coital tear
-Local causes like cervical erosion and polyp etc.
So you once consult gynecologist and get examined to find out the possible cause for your problem and take treatment accordingly.
Once check for thyroid hormonal levels.
