Had Two Head Injuries At Short Span Of Time. Should I Be Worried?

I was involved in a car accident 3 weeks ago and was knocked out for at least 10 minutes, I have epilepsy as well and had a seizure last night and fell and hit my left temple (same side where I hit my head in the car accident). I woke up about 4 hours later on the floor. I have a cut on my head but it is not deep. Should I be worried about hitting my head twice in a short amount of time?

if head injury minor than no problem if any symptom of vomting seizures and giddness get one ct scan done to rule out subdural heammorhage
