Had Two Miscarriages, Expecting Now. Is Lonopin Injection Helpful?
Hi , I had an emergency ceasarian during the first pregnancy of 30 weeks the baby could not survive. In the second preganancy I was taking 5000 HCG daily since 8 weeks of pregnancy but the miscarriage took place in the 24th week. Now I have pregnancy of 6 weeks and my doctor has advised me to take Lonopin 40 (Enoxaprin sodium ) injection daily for one month. Kindly guide me how this injection is helpful.

The low molecular weight heparin helps in diluting the blood and decrease the capacity of blood to clot. This increases the blood flow to the placenta thus providing a better nutrition to the growing fetus and reducing the chances of growth retardation.
