Hello and welcome to HCM, I am Dr Nilajkumar a consultant gynecologist and I will be helping you in your queries. It seems that this is an infection. Different infections manifest in this fashion and common ones are mostly caused by bacteria. Also there is a urinary tract infection.
The description resembles a chancre seem in syphilis but one cannot be sure until it is examined.
Most of the infections can be treated easily and do not cause any problem if the treatment is started early. So please get it examined by a skin and venereal disease specialist as soon as possible and begin treatment.
Hope this was helpful. Feel free to ask any further queries and I will be happy to help. Thanks for using HCM. Have a good day. Dr Nilajkumar Bagde Consultant Obstetrics and Gynecology
