Had Unprotected Intercourse, Penis Skin Torn, Got Blood, Swollen Tonsils. HIV Infection?

Hello.. I had an unprotected intercourse with a girl 4 months ago. It was my first encounter. During unprotected sex, my penus foreskin got torn and blood came out. Then after i used a condom to continue sex with. I was bit tensed whether i was infected with HIV or not. Only changes i can see my body is slighlty swollen tonsils. Is this due to HIV infection?? Please help me :(

Welcome to HCM.

Unprotected sex and torn foreskin of penis definitely carries a risk for HIV. At the same time all the sex contact not necessarily infectious. Many people remains free from HIV in spite of their regular sex contact with their positive spouses (Sero- discordant couple). Similarly your sex partner not necessarily a HIV positive individual.
Tonsil swelling is not a specific sign of HIV. Anybody can have tonsillitis.
It is better for you to have a blood screening for HIV and ascertain that you are HIV negative.
