I was with an escort two days ago. She put a condom on me, gave me an oral. I did not finish. She took the condom off and I masturbated while she gave me a thorough scrotum massage. There is a possiblity for transmission but it isnt high. YOushould just wait and see will there be any signs of STD in next few eeks such as discharge, painful rash, lumps or pain while urinating. In this case you should do swab urethral tests to rule STD out. STD unlike hepatitis and HIV, unfortunately can be transmissed by hands and contact. But i dont think you should be very concerned. WIsh you good health.

As per your history, there appears to be almost negligible chances of HIV or any other sexually transmitted infection. For HIV or other STDs it do not spread by touching one another's part. But in oral sex you can have possibility of minor STD such as gonorrhoea or Herpes.
If you find any symptoms of vesicular eruptions on penis or any pus discharge from penis then can be very well treated by simple treatments from your doctor. As you do not know the status of the girl also, so you should not be panicky and take it on positive side of no infections to the lady.
You should not be worried about any major disease as HIV as there are no chances for the safe but in future always maintain the practice of safe sex by condoms!!
