hi, i had unprotected sex twice in one week and i was in my most fertile week of my cycle, but my boyfriend did not come in me. however he was afraid that the precum might get me pregnant so i took the morning after pill (72 hours after the unprotected sex). i notice that my breasts have increased in size and i have lower back pains and have mild cramps and have brown vaginal discharge. could i be pregnant?

You have taken emergency pill late so its effect is doubtful.
As you had unprotected sex during fertile period, even there is no ejaculation, there is chance of having pregnancy.
To be on safer side go for pregnancy test after 7-8 days passed of your expected date of period.
