Had Unprotected Sex. Now Feeling Tingling Sensations, Light Temperature, Mild Headache, Sore Throat. Problem?

Hello Doctor,

My name is John and last week I foolishly had unprotected sex with 2 different women on the same day. There was 2 hour difference before I had unprotected sex with one after the other woman on the same day. A day later, I noticed that I started getting tingling (light itch) sensations on different parts of my body and also, 2 days later I had a temperature and a mild headache as well as a mild cough. My throat is also sore and dry. I went to the sexual clinic 3 days later to get a swab, blood and urine test but I think it's too early and I know the results won't be conclusive so what do you think (in your experience) that I am suffering from regarding all the symptoms that I have mentioned to you? I would very much appreciate your advice and knowledge as I am still going through the same symptoms each day but it is not getting worse nor is it getting better. It's just the same since day one which was only a week ago.
