Hi and thanks for the query,
Post coital bleeding is usually either due to some traumatic lesion during sexual intercourse or at times requires that a lesion at the level of the cervix like the cervical tumour be excluded. In your case, it looks more of a traumatic lesions., However, a clinical evaluation by your gynecologist is necessary, considering the fact that it has actually repeated its self. This could be another opportunity for a more general examination to be carried out and to do a pap smear to exclude any possible cervical malignancy.
