Had Unprotected Sex, Light Pink Discharge, Cramping. Could I Be Pregnant?
Hi, I have had unprotected sex for the last month and my period was supposed to come on a week ago. Yesterday, when I went to the restroom I noticed a foul smell and light pink discharge . Last night there was a little blood and still a slight pink discharge. Today still the slight foul smell and light pink discharge with some cramping on and off again. Could I be pregnant? If so, why the pink discharge and smell?
Hello
Thank you for your query.
There is one very easy way to know if you are pregnant.
As your proper period was due a week back, you can take a home urine pregnancy test tomorrow morning and know if there is a pregnancy.
There is a definite possibility as you had unprotected sex.
Regarding the pink discharge, it could be an altered period pattern, a miscarriage or an ectopic pregnancy.
A foul smelling vaginal discharge also indicates the possibility of a pelvic infection or a miscarriage.
You would know once you take the pregnancy test.
Please follow up with that.
Take care.
