Had Unprotected Sex On Fertile Days. Does It Guarantee Pregnancy?

According to my ovulation calculator my high fertility days were from the 10th of this month to the 14th and the 15th when i ovulate. My husband and I had unprotective sex the last couple days and he ejaculated inside me last night which falls under the fertile days. Is it a 100 percent chance that i will get pregnant or do the conditions have to be exact?

Yes,there are maximum chances of pregnancy but 100 % confirmation can't be projected because fertilization is a complex process and it depend upon many factors.
You should wait up to next menstrual period .If you misses your next period then urine pregnancy test should be done.
Urine pregnancy test depend upon hCG hormone in urine which is excreted only after fertilization of ovum.Fertilization process take some time.
Generally,Urine pregnancy test is done after missed period for confirmation of pregnancy,but Ultrasound of pelvis is the investigation of choice for confirmation of pregnancy.It can detect G-sac earliest.
