Had Unprotected Sex With A Prostitute, Got Negative Result Through VIDAS HIV, Had Sex With Wife, She Is Having Rashes On Her Both Arms. HIV?

I had an unprotected sex with a prostitute , when my wife was away from me and on 64th Day I got a negative result through VIDAS HIV DUO QUICK; on 70th Day onwards I had sex with wife, thinking that I’m not infected. Now, from 83rd Day onwards my wife is having rashes on her both arms (only on arms) and today it’s 106th Day. I’m totally stressed and I’m unable to do a test since, I’m employed in a Middle East country and they will demob/repatriate me if I found HIV +. My question ,is the rashes which appeared on my wife’s both arms, is due to HIV infection. Do HIV rashes appears so soon (13th day after exposure) …?; HIV rashes can come only on arms…? my wife do not know anything about this. Please provide me an answer…

Hello,
The rash that appears initially in the course of illness of HIV( seroconversion) usually occur between 2 and 6 weeks. The rash is usually on face and trunk but different rash distributions have been described. It is wise to do HIV RNA test of both you and your wife, since it must have been positive by this time if you both have contracted HIV and prompt treatment must be started. Other possible causes of the rash on your wife's body are other sexually transmitted diseases like syphilis and disseminated Gonorrhea.
