The problems in your penis must be investigated thoroughly. I wish you had used a condom during sex.
From your query, there is itchiness in the head of the penis under the foreskin. This has taken two weeks to appear after unprotected sex. This could either be a fungal infection or infection due to warts (less likely).
For a fungal infection, you must take a course of antifungals. If you had sex with a known partner, you must get her to consult a doctor too. Please abstain from sex until you get cured and use condoms to protect yourself from sexually transmitted diseases.
Hope this helps.
