Had Upper Back, Stomach Pain, Constipation, Hypoglycemia, Migraine Eating Corn Bread. Have Celiac Disease, Eat Gluten Free Products

could i be allergic to corn? i have celiac disease. I eat a lot of gluten free products. recently i developed horrible upper back, migraine and stomach pain after eatin bread made of corn. I also have like chronic fatigue symptoms with sweats at night, should i stay away from all grains? i'm already avoid all milk products. I also constipated most of the time and developed sluggish gallbladder and hypoglycemia. please help!

Hello! You need to get your blood sugar levels, serum insulin c-peptide and thyroid function tests to rule DMor insulinoma or Hypothyridism as they may be associated with celiac disease.You should be very careful while choosing your meals they should not be contaminated with wheat, rye, or barley flour at all. Even a small pinch of which can be harmful. Only these are three grains you have to avoid not everyone. Also backache and migraine may be a part of chronic fatigue syndrome.
