Hello
Thanks for writing to HCM

You are suffering from fibroid uterus.
There is fibroid(measuring 1.3 cm) in the anterior mid body of uterus.
Combined endometrial thickness is 13 mm.It varies with stage of menstrual cycle.
Treatment of fibroid uterus is both conservative and surgical.
Since you have heavy bleeding, hysterectomy can be done. It depends upon many things like patient willingness, family is completed or not. Treatment option can be discussed with gynecologist.
Get well soon.

Take Care
