Hi,
From history it appears that after three months there is no improvement it shows that either there might be having root of wisdom tooth remained inside or some part of bone is infected.
Consult dentist and get examined.
X-ray of this area will give more precise clue about the condition.
Ok and take care.

Hi,

Thanks for asking the query,

According to your clinical symptoms i suppose that you have developed infection around your wisdom tooth, this could either due to any left over root piece in the socket causing infection.
I would suggest you to consult the concerned Dentist and get the checkup done take an x-ray of the region.
Start with the course of antibiotics and analgesics.
Take lukewarm saline and antispetic mouthwash rinses.

Hope you find this as helpful,

Regards..

hello,
we are here to help you out.

the infection after extraction is suggestive of incomplete wound healing due to dislodgement of blood clot.
As there are more chances of having infection to the wound in mouth because of presence of lots of bacterias in oral cavity. So you have been giving antibiotics.

also the surgical removal of wisdom tooth is accompanied with the removal of bone along with it which takes time to heal.

But it has been long time after extraction so I would suggest to have x-ray done, and check up for any remaining tooth part or infection to bone. You should visit the oral surgeon for this. The thorough examination and modification in the treatment by specialist is must to avoid further inconvenience.

for home care :
1)you should keep mouth as clean as possible.
2)If you are smoker stop smoking instantly at least upto the healing is complete.
3)use Chlorhex mouthwash-gargle 3-4 times a day
or you can gargle with luke warm water add 2 teaspoonful of salt in 1 full glass of water.
4) Avoid spicy food
5) Take protein rich diet and fruit juices.

Hope the information provided is helpful to you.

take care.
