Hair Fall. Using Lusol Lotion & Tricleanz Shampoo. Is The Treatment Right?

I am suffering from hair fall and on a stage of getting bald. I visited a doctor he firstly prescribed me one vitamin tablet, a tablet for dandruff and scalps shampoo. Now after 20 days he asked me to stop all these and he gave me a bed time lotion named lusol which is to be mixed with the hair oil and applied. After that I am wash my hairs with tricleanz shampoo in the morning. He did not gave me any tablets and told me to just follow healthy diet and exercise.
My query is that in my report he said that it was a aka that I was suffering from, can aka be cured and if yes is my doctor going in right direction for that..

hi the treatment given by ur doctor is only for dandruff not for hair fall.use a biotin rich hair oil daily once for three months and use a follihair and novonerve tablet .daily once.stage ogf getting baldness indicates it is androgenic alopecia .use of minoxidil 5 percent lotion and finax 1 mg daily can cure ur condition
