Hair fall in females could be due to hormones and genetic factors( androgenetic
alopecia), stress, chronic illness,
nutritional deficiency, thyroid disorders, anemia, vitamin d deficiency etc. As you have mentioned that all the blood tests were done, I presume that all the hormonal causes, nutritional deficiencies, vitamin d deficiency, thyroid DS, anemia etc has been ruled out.
To treat hair fall, simply using anaphase shampoo would not help. However if used in conjunction with
minoxidil 2 percent solution to be applied topically over scalp, it would give better results.
I would advise
Oil your hair once a week
Avoid any chemical treatment like colouring, rebounding perming, blow drying or ironing your hair.
Do regular work outs and try to minimise stress
Take a diet rich in eggs, cheese, nuts, meat, sardine, salmon, mackerel, green leafy vegetables,soy products, lentils, salads and fruits. These foods are rich in protein, b complex group
vitamins and minerals needed for hair growth.
