Hair Loss, Pain In Scalp. Normal Blood Tests. Can I Take Doxylag? Any Side Effects? Suggestions?

Hallo doctor, Im a woman 39 years old and i have extremely hair-loss and thinner hair now about 5 years. I made a blood test to know if i have allopecia androgenetica and everything seems oke. My testesteron is 0,2 % and ferritine is 50, vitamine D 116, and the vitamines B all are oke says my doctor in Holland. But I have al the way pain in myn head scalp, like burning of numb. But my dermatoloog says he can do nothing for me. And I feel hopeloss. I want my hear back like 5 or 7 years befor, thik and long and shining. My mother give me Doxylag because se says it seems like an invection, because the pain I always have on my scalp. So I dont know if it doesnt have side effects and if it wil help me. My hear dont grow long, it fells quickly and it become´s shorter and shorter. Im from north afrika so in Holland the dont know wat to do with people with dark hair. Maybe you can give me advise. So the first of Doxylag and second maybe the solution.
