Hi there , I've had a stressfull few weeks so I went on holiday for 2 days to alicante now I didn't have any problems since I've bein back the last two days but my hands have bein sweaty still , which isnt usual , I've occured red spots on my palms and fingers which are like pins and needles when I touch anything they are also warm, I'm not stressed as now and don't understand why this has appeared now after my stressfullness ,thus the reason I don't think stress has caused it as I've never encountered this before , I've felt great over the past week but still have sweaty palms that are now maken irritated spots on my palms which havent surfaced just red blotches under the skin
