Hard Bump On Inner Thigh. No Itching, Pain, Growth, No STD. Suggested Possible Mole Or Wart. Possible Genial Wart?

i have a bump like on my inner thigh its hard and i cant bust it its been there for years in the same spot. it doesnt itch or hurt I have been with my partner for 3 1/2 years now and we both have tested negative for any disease. she thinks its genial warts but she doesnt have it and it never moved for spreaded. had it looked years ago doctor said it could be a growth like a mole or wart. so could it be genial warts.

Welcome to HCM.This lump could be a sebaceous cyst,a lipoma or any other soft tissue benign growth.it is unlikely to be a genital wart as you are more likely to get them in the perineum or near the genitalia.Getting a doctor to examine the lesion will rule out any serious problem.
