Hard Bumps Near Clitoris, Pus And Blood Oozing After Bursting. What Is This?

I keep getting these tender yet hard bumps near my clit and in the vaginal area. I've been getting them for years since before I was sexually active. I know I shouldn't do this but I typically burst them, eventhough they hurt a lot, and once they burst, watery pus and blood comes out and they feel a lot less painful. I usually get them about once a month.

Hello
Thanks for writing to us with your health concern.
Bursting them might be spreading the infection.
DO NOT BURST THEM.
The bumps most likely are folliculitis - this is infection of the hair follicles present in the genital area.
THis can be treated by plucking out the offending follicle ( best done by a doctor in recurrent cases like yours ).
Also, Get your blood sugars tested.
THe folliculitis could be worsening by plucking, shaving, handling, bursting etc.
Proper antibiotic coverage should be taken.
All the best.
