Hard Lump Inside Labia, Getting Larger In Size, Painful. What Could Be This?
I have found a hard lump inside my labia. It is under the skin and very sore. It does not have a head on it. I do shave down there but it is inside the labia near the clitoris. It is about the size of a marble. I have had it about a week and it seems to be getting larger and more painful. I haven't shaved down there for the last week either.

From your history it seems that you might be having Infected Bertholin cyst giving rise to this problem.
If it is painful then go for one antibiotic medicine course after consulting your doctor.
If he advises for removal of cyst then go go for excision.
