Has G6PD Deficiency, Mentally Challenged, Severe Constipation By Birth. Taking Tegretol And Soft Vac Powder. Sufficient?

Hello,Doctor,
My son is 31 year old and he is severely mentally challenged having G6PD Deficiency. He has severe constipation by birth. Usually he passes stool after 3/4 days.He is taking Tegretol crv 200 B.D and Risnia MD1mg Morning and 2mg in the Evening. Two tea spoon of Soft-vac powder in the evening.I have also tried Lubowel24,and 8 for about a month.please suggest me.

Thank for asking to HCM
It is alright even if your boy passes the stool every after 3 to 4 days it is counted as a normal only thing you can try is give him fiber containing diet, some vitamin supplements, if he can manage the voiding with his own then give him lots of drinking water, take care of him.
