Has Glioblastoma. Temodar Did Not Work, Started Having Dizziness And Vision Issues. Advised Avastin. Will It Help ?
PLEASE HELP... My 22 yr.old son Micky has a Glioblastoma ....original treatment of radiation and temodar did not work after removing 95%... he went on a trial with temodar and another tumor shrinking med... the tumor started to shrink! two months in row. He just started having dizziness and vision issues a couple of weeks ago.... New MRI yesterday showed original tumor area was fine... no growth but a new tumor has grown... inoperable part of the brain. They want to start him on avastin asap... we are soooooo scared... Avastin has not shown to be effective.... Please help!!!
