Hello,
Marfans syndrome is a connective tissue disease characterized by clinical features like abnormally tall, long slender fingers, high arched palate. They can have eye features like myopia, subluxation of lens, glaucoma and so many...
He needs to undergo eye examination by a eye doctor to look for all these eye problems. He also needs to undergo examination by a physician or by cardiologist to find out associated cardiovascular problems.
I think good glasses in this context is glasses with correct refractive error, since he has got high myopia and he needs to wear it regularly to prevent complications.
