Has Vitiligo. White Patches On Fingers Toes And Penis. Taking Medication. Is This Curable?
my husband is having vitiligo since five years, he is 38 yrs old. he is having white patches in fingers, toes and in penis. he is taking medicine from the beginning itself. but there is no cure and also it will spread not so fast. now he is taking medications like eldem, winforte, melcyl. is the disease curable or not? we plan to have a baby, is this spread to my baby? these medications enough to cure the disease? plz answer my queries doctor.
Vitiligo it is a disease having variable course.Ur husband has lip-tip vitiligo. Usually it is resistant to treatment but few patient give good response with medicinal treatment.Drugs given to him is good but if he has no relief line of treatment could be changed.u can plan for baby because it is noncontagious disease and very few chances to come in ur baby genetically Hope it would help u.
