Has Anyone Heard Of A Good Way To Strengthen Your Heart?

Has anyone heard of a good way to strenghten your heart? My grandmother is working at 60% and after an angeoplasty they said they have to work on making it stronger but I am not sure how to help or make suggestions. Any help?

Either the Canadian or American Heart and Stroke Association could give you information on cardiac rehabilitation services/programs in your area. Her cardiologist should also be able to give her that information
