Has Back Problem With Two Herniated Discs. Under Treatment. Has Bad Reflexes And Weak Shoulder Muscles. Solution?

looking for a neurologist for my son experienced severe back problems including two herniated discs swinging a golf club two years ago, has been under treatment for two years, his condition seems worse, back and shoulder muscles go weak,spasm and go tight cannot stand, is a teacher and can't teach, seems to have a central nerrvous system problem now, bad reflexes, one diagnosis is transverse myelitis, has been treated in Maine and noone seems to know the answer
