Has Been Dialysis For Penis Pain. Ultrasound, Cat Scan Done. On Atenolol, Allopurinol Neurontin Fentanyl Patch, Aspirin & Phoslo

My husband 71, has been on dialysis about 6 mos. He is in constant serious pain in his penis. We have consulted two nephrologists, one urologist and our primary. He has had ultrasound and cat scans. There is no infection. We are told he does not need a cystoscopy. No one can help. This pain is so great he tried suicide. His drugs are atenolol, allopurinal Neurontin fentanyl patch, aspirin,& phoslo. I can't stand to see him suffer this way. Any ideas.

It is not related the pain and the dialysis, for to know the exact nature of pain your husband need to be examined clinically, it could be phimosis if your husband not circumcised, this is the only possibility I could say from the history given here and if it is not there then it may be functional one, instead of going to see the urosurgeon I would advise you to see the general surgeon I think it will come around if you go through the proper chanal have psychiatric opinion if needed have nice day.
