Your child is suffering from acute conjunctivitis along with acute upper respiratory infection. For upper respiratory infection you should consult a paediaritician who will adjust the dosage of medicines according to age and weight of your child. For eyes, you should use some good anti-biotic drops about 4 times a day and a anti-biotic ointment at night. This should be sufficient to give your child a relief within 48-72 hours.
