Has Problem Of Sperm Count. Have Done With All Test. What Are The Findings?

please I need ur help. My husband has a problem of low sperm count and he is just 28 and me 23 yrs. I hv done all necessary test for my self and nothing was found. Here is his result. Volume: 2ml, color: straw, viscosity: normal, liquifaction: 60, normal: 40%, abnormal: 20%, active: 40%, sluggish 10, dead:20%, pus cell: nill, epithelia cell: ++, bacterial cell : +, count: 7.9million cells per mil, total count: 15.8million cells. Pls help me.

Hi,
Semen report of your husband is normal.
It is minimum of normal so there might not be the cause of not having pregnancy.
Some bacteria are present so go for one antibiotic medicine course after consulting your doctor.
Get yourselves examined by Gynaec to rule out any problem in your genital tract or any hormonal imbalance.
Give your husband high protein diet and some multivitamin supplements like Vitamin E, B.complex.
Ok and take care.
