Have BP Issues. Taking Levothyroxine, Lipitor, Atorvastatin, Biotin. Side Effects?

My name is Antonietta Di Giacomo and I takelevothyroxin for many years I take Lipitor 10mg know thay give to me the substitute wich is Atorvastain then I take Nexium Setraline 50mg to healp me with bp Metropole er know they give to me Losartan 50mg because only with metropol my bp is steel hi then I take Biotin vit calcium yey vt Iron vit the dr give to me know im on jantoven 4mg I only got to take for 3 moore week bot my I havin problem befour with bp I like know some side effecter for hall medication that I take

You are taking medicines Atorvastatin,Levothyroxine,Metoprolol,Nexium,Sertraline,Losartan and Jantoven(Warfarin)
Let me tell you common side effects one by one.

Metoprolol:dizziness,water retention (swelling of extremities),pain the stomach, nauseating feeling,difficulty breathing,depression, disorientation, nervousness.

Atorvastatin:muscle pain, tenderness, or weakness nausea, upper stomach
pain, itching, loss of appetite, dark urine and even Jaundice.rhabdomyolysis.

Nexium(Esomeprazole):dizziness, confusion,cough or choking feeling,convulsions, and dry mouth.

Sertraline:very stiff (rigid) muscles, high fever, sweating, confusion, fast or uneven heartbeat headache, trouble concentrating, memory problems, weakness, fainting, seizure.nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, loss of appetite.

LOSARTAN:cold or flu symptoms such as stuffy nose, sneezing,dry cough,sleep problems .

Jantoven(Warfarin):occult and overt bleeding or hemorrhage at any site,pain, swelling, hot or cold feeling, skin changes,
