Have Bicuspid Aortic Valve And Stenosis. Cold, Fever And Pain Between Heart And Left Clavicle. Cause?

I'm male, almost 20. I have a bicuspid aortic valve and stenosis.
I've had a bad cold the last few days. I had 100.5F fever at 3:00AM
and when I woke up, around 7:30, it was 97.9 (Normal is 97.6). Since
I woke up this morning I've had a sharp pain between my heart and
left clavicle. The left side of my neck has been aching, as well as my
back, behind me left shoulder blade. What could be causing the pain?

Hi friend,
Welcome to Health Care Magic

There could be several causes for the pain...
Infection is the first priority to be excluded in the setting of fever and valve stenosis - pleura, pericardium, even the valve itself...
You will need examination; may be investigations...
See your cardiologist to be sure...

God bless
Good luck
