When Can I Consume Alcohol After Aortic Valve Stenosis? Is Smoking Tobacco Free Shisha Acceptable?

Hi Dr. Prabhakar Koregol, I am a 19 year old cardiac patient, followed for Bicuspid aortic valve stenosis since birth. Very active, no other known health issues. I am now 4 weeks post-op from aortic valve replacement, (bovine valve), and want to know (1) How long would you suggest waiting before consuming alcohol. (2) Will smoking marijuana occasionally really be a problem (3) Is smoking tabacco-free shisha acceptable? Thanking you in advance,Stephanie.
