Have Costochondritis. Excessive Masturbation Habit. Can It Be A Result Of Absence Of Sexual Life?

I have Costochondritis that has been caused by a non-intimate marriage due to me having to masturate myself for a period of over 30 years due to a loveless marriage where both people slept in different bedrooms for the entire length of the marriage.
Is this a possible source for the painful Costochondritis that I have experienced over the years.

Hello
Welcome to HCM

Masturbation is completely a healthy practice. It is manual stimulation of genitals to achieve orgasm. It dont cause loss of potency or any other sexual side effect. It is also not a reason of costochondritis. There is no need to fear because of masturbation. Consult your doctor for evaluation of costochondritis as masturbation dont cause this problem.

Thanks
