Have Fibromyalgia. Have Bad Stomach Cramps. Had One Miscarriage. Guide

hi there,
I have Fibromyalgia, which makes my life very hard, but lately ive been having very bad stomach cramps, ive put it down to period pains, but ive only had a very small show. this it the 2nd time this has happened. it was just under 3 weeks when it first happened, but the cramps where a bit lighter then. the show has been dark and more like a discharge, nothing showing on a pad. I have been pregnant 4 times, and given birth 3 times. (one miscarriage at 6 weeks). im unsure what this is. please can I have some advice x thank you

The increase in the stomach cramps can be associated with fibromyalgia or a hormonal imbalance associated with decrease in the blood flow during periods. You can get an ultrasound scan done to rule out any abdominal pathology.
