Have I Damaged My Fetus By Having Heavy Drink And Cocaine?

i have today found out that im pregnant, and although this wasnt planned my partner & i are very happy. However im only 3 weeks and last weekend i had a heavy drink & did consume cocaine.. although i will never take this again is there a high risk ive damaged my 3 week fetus

Alcoholic drinks and Cocaine are not good for the fetus. But it is not possible to tell as of now whether there was any harmful effect on your fetus.
It can only be said after few weeks when you do your sonography.

Please ensure you never have drinks and drugs again.
