3. Stress, life events, and

4. Intestine becomes hypersensitive so even discomfort is perceived as pain
5. Increase gas production leading to abdominal fullness and bloating
6. No alarming features like
weight loss,
gastrointestinal bleeding, or fever
About diet and lifestyle:
1.Avoid fatty meals
2. Don't lie down soon after meals for at least half hour
3.Take small and frequent meals, instead of full meals at a time
4. wear loose clothes
5. If you are
overweight or obese do weight reduction with dieting and exercise
6.see whether milk or its products are worsening your symptoms then avoid it
7. Avoid carbonated drinks, wine or beer
8. Avoid smoking if you do
9. take black tea and add cardamom and ginger to it and take them with meals
10. Don't forget to close mouth while chewing food and Eat slowly
Among the medications you have to take:
1.
Proton pump inhibitor like
rabeprazole along with a prokinetic agent like itopride
2. tablet gasex thrice a day by Himalay company
3.Cap
mebeverine, an antispasmodic
