From your description, it appears you have a vaginal infection or vulvovaginitis which may be due to one or more of a good number of common germs. How ever, you will need to consult with a gynobs to confirm or rule out this and provide you with an appropriate treatment if that be the case. The gynobs might run some few tests including vaginal smear, STDs screening and maybe do a pelvic ultrasound.
Nexplanon is a intradermal device used to prevent conception of pregnancy. It has several side effects which include causing much bleeding from the vagina and other such causes. However, the symptoms that you descirbe indicate a sort of infection of the vaginal tract. This is because the yellowish discharge probably means some infection. You should consult a gynecologist so that she can start you on a appropriate antibiotic regime and allow you to recover quickly. I wish you a speedy recovery.
