Have PCOD And Irregular Periods. Follicle Scan Done. Chances Of Pregnancy?

Hi, I have PCOD and my periods are very irregular, in this cycle I went for a follicle scan my RO follicle size was 15.6*9.7 on the 19th day and my endometrium was 6.4 and today is my 21st day and the scan is saying my RO is 12.8*9.6 and my endometrium is 6.5 and my POD is still clear , there is no liquid seen, does this mean I have ovulated or does it mean the follicle has regressed. do I have any chances of getting pregnant in this cycle?

Your follicle is not growing.
chances of pregnancy is less.
you have to take hormone injection with estrogen tablet to grow your endometrium.
