Hello, Fertomid is a medication given for ovulation induction and duphaston is given after ovulation. But i would like to know whether your cycles are monitored by follicular study, that is to see the growth of the eggs with fertomid and to document ovulation. So, you need to get follicular monitoring. Also, as you have thyroid problem, need to continue the thyroid medication, if already taking. If you are overweight, need to reduce weight by diet and exercise. Also, you and husband need evaluation to find out any other assosiated factor for infertility. Hope this information is helpful.
