Hi I am 24yr old whom has pcos my husband and I are trying to have another child currently we have one child but he is not my first pregnancy as I lost my first one.this last week I went to the doctor because I was having severe lower abdomen cramps horrible nausea haven't been able to eat over a week did a pregnancy test and hcg test neg did an ovulation test found out I was ovulating so we did the adult thing and now I have swollen breasts and areolas bloated constipation and very tired could I be pregnant and at there any risks with pcos?
Your symptoms do indicate a possible prrgnancy, which is why I would request you to conduct a home pregnancy test at least 2 weeks after the suspected date of conception or on or after the first day of a missed period.
As for your PCOS, most women with PCOS require supportive medication in order to conceive (eg. hcG injections, clomiphene etc?), as you have not mentioned the medications you are on, I thought I should mention this, please speak to your doctor about the same if you are currently not pregnant.
