Hi,
For PCOS most important thing is to improve your lifestyle, with at least 30min. walk/jogging/any other sweat inducing exercise daily. Starting tablets at a time when you already have dominant follicle of 16mm, might not help. If your cycles are regular & you are ovulating regularly (Confirmed by either urinary LH/USG/serum progesterone) you just need to confirm tubal patency & semen analysis. If all are normal, there is no need of medicines. If you have irregular cycles, just try ovulation induction in consultation with doctor. But remember the most important thing is lifestyle modification.
Wish you good health.
