Hi,
Welcome to Healthcare Magic.
If a recent blood pregnancy test is negative, there is no chance of an ongoing pregnancy at that time. However, if she has missed her period in the next cycle she must repeat the test. If still negative & she has no history of late cycles she should see a gynecologist for necessary work up leading to diagnosis & treatment.
Take care.
