Have A Feeling Of Heat Over The Body, Nausea And Light Headedness, On 10day Post Surgery For A Bilateral Mastectomy. What To Do?
I am 10 day post surgery for a bilateral mastectomy. I am up and moving during the day, but around 5:00 each day I am experiencing a heat over my body, nausea, and a light headed feeling. It lasts about an hour then passes, but my stomach is not fully settled. Could my body be reacting to pain that I am not aware of post surgerically?

10 days back bilateral mastectomy done for you. Indication and the current treatment you are getting are not mentioned. Only bilateral mastectomy or any lymph nodes were also removed
Were you having diabetes, hypertension or IHD prior to Surgery. If so are you getting medicines for them now and those problems are under control. Any drug recently added for the indication you were operated.
What is biopsy pathology report?
Your stomach is not fully settled - what you mean by that. You are asking whether your complaints are due to the reaction to pain which you don't have post operatively, meaning that you had pain pre operatively. usually pain produces only pain. No reaction to pain in the post operative period.
There are so many questions to ask.
Anyhow your complaints are common during the postoperative period.
Consult with your Dr and get treated accordingly.

as you suffer from feeling of heat over the body, nausea and light headache. after the surgery. it may be a symptoms of post surgical weakness. but you have first to take antacid or proper PPI group of drug from your doctor for gettting relief of hyper aciditic symptoms before meal. b'coz you tell you suffer this problem only at 5 oclock. so this possibility may occur.
