Have A-fib. Took Simvastatin, Pradaxa, Ranexa, Isoribide, Exforge, Omaprasole, And Lunesta. Have Lots Of Congestion And Irritation. Treatment?

I have a-fib. I take simvastatin, pradaxa, ranexa, isoribide, exforge, omaprasole, and lunesta. I also have lots of congestion that irritates my throat, larynx, and voice quality and eating (e.g. food seems to get stuck in my throat). What can I take for the congestion.Can I take musenx? claritin? nasonex? thank you.

Yes you can take---
Tab. Mucinac
Tab. Ebastine/Loratidine +Phenylephereine /pseudoephedrine
Multivitamin
Xylometazoline nose drops 2 drops both nostril 2 times a day for 5 days only
Physiomer normal saline nasal spray 2 puffs both nostril 2 times a day
Take antibiotic
but you need to get done a ENT examination and a flexible laryngoscopy to see for the throat condition and to see that it is only infectious.
