Hi, Your symptoms of the right ear are not due to some infection spreading from the left ear. That cannot happen. So do not worry. Regarding the problem of ringing in your right ear, there could be many causes. So it will be difficult to point out the reasons. As you have a problem in the left ear, you need to be careful about your right ear.
